Program Aide
(PA) Opportunities for Special Interest Day Camps
Girl Scouts ages 11-17 may assist at some day camps as
Program Aides, provided they have completed the Program Aide
(PA) Core Training. See the camp description for details.
Depending on the Program Aide’s experience, opportunities
might include assisting with program activities or working
as an assistant unit leader. Interested girls who have
completed PA training should fill out the Day Camp
Registration Form.
There is a registration fee of $12 due with the application
for each camp (with an additional/optional fee of $37 for
Wind, Waves, and Wildlife for transportation). There is also
an optional PA polo shirt available in the Shoppe or Trading
Post for $13.50 +tax. The Camp Director will contact girls
volunteering at a Day Camp with information on camp details.
Girls can earn the PA pin by attending the Council-sponsored
Program Aide core training. For more information call MV
