Located
near the Little Miami river on 505 acres of land Camp
Whip-Poor-Will has a wide variety of living areas from
platform tents to Conestoga wagons. Ravines give way to
small creeks which make excellent spots for creek hikes and
fossil hunting. A small pond, high ropes, and low ropes as
well as an archery range, swimming pool and craft area are
other features at Camp Whip-Poor-Will.
Note: Day Camp opportunities for Buckeye Trails Region will
be held at Camp
Butterworth.

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

COUNSELOR IN TRAINING I (CIT I) |
Grades Entering: 11-12 |
|
This three-week
program opportunity is designed to develop and
enhance leadership skills. Learn the basics of what
it takes to be a camp counselor, explore the
different program activities camp has to offer, then
spend time working directly with the camp staff.
Girls who successfully complete the CIT program will
earn their CIT pin. *Girls go home each weekend. |

This three-week
program opportunity is designed to build on the
skills gained through the CIT 1 camp experience.
Girls will specialize in one or more program areas
such as the pool, arts and crafts, nature, archery
or camp counseling.
*Girls go home each
weekend.
